Artist Application | Straight River Arts Festival 2026

The festival features talented artists working in a wide range of media. The artists are available to answer questions, provide information about the art and process and, in some cases, provide demonstrations.

The range of work is amazing; weaving to welding, glass to gemstones, clay to carving – and everything in between! 

• Fee is $75.00 per artist. You can either pay online (below) or pay by sending a $75.00 payable to Straight River Arts, 318 Central Ave, Faribault, MN
• Any artist who participated in the festival the previous year is automatically accepted but still must fill out the application. New artists or those have not participated in the previous year will have their submission juried.
• Be sure to include at least three photos of your current work. Photos will be used for publicity, so please make sure that they are clear with a solid background. Also please adhere to all guidelines in regards to size of photos. If your photos don’t look good, they will not be used in brochures and mailings. (All photos will be available on the website.)
• If an applicant is not accepted, a 50% refund will be sent back to the artist. Please note that by applying, you accept these terms and conditions.
